Distribution Transformer

Hermetically Sealed Transformers

25 to 5000 kVA power range, high voltage level up to 36 kV, single or three phase, oily, natural cooling (ONAN), uncharged tap changer or automatic on-load tap changer. Hermetically sealed transformers are transformers that are sealed to prevent the passage of compressed air and are factory set and manufactured.

It is designed in such a way as to be able to withstand the effects of enlargement-contraction due to the formation of the closed transformers, oil press, tank walls and heat effect. The air in the tank is drawn into the special vacuum chamber and then filled into the tank. The deterioration of the oil oxidation caused by the moisture present in the tank is reduced to zero.

Oil Filled Transformer (with expansion tank)

25 to 5000 kVA power range, high voltage level up to 36 kV, single or three phase, oily, natural cooling (ONAN), uncharged tap changer or automatic on-load tap changer, designed for open and closed areas. The expansion is the same as that of the hermetic trailers in the core structure of the oil depot.

Transformer oils expand with temperature rise. The oil expansion expansion of the transformers is designed by joining the expansion accounts of the dimensions. The oil protection is open to the depot transformers. The oil pressure changes due to the heat change. The silica gel (air dryer) on the preheating tank picks up the air in the air and provides the air inlet and outlet.

Oil expansion The silica gel in the trafficked sediment loses its functionality over time. The oil attracts the nematode and the oil structure deteriorates. For this reason, the silica gel must be replaced at certain times and a sample from the oil is taken measurements are made and the voltage of the transformer is measured.
